1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the J.JAE website and your purchase of any products. J.JAE Limited is a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Cancellations

All orders are subject to availability and J.JAE's acceptance. Some items may be offered as pre-orders or limited drops.

You may cancel your order at any time before receiving an email confirmation of shipment. After this point, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled. For return eligibility, please refer to our Returns Policy.

3. Payment & Currency

All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other authorised providers.

Prices are displayed in the customer’s local currency, including applicable taxes and duties where relevant. You will be charged in the currency shown at checkout.

J.JAE Limited receives payment in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), and exchange rates are applied by our payment processors at the time of the transaction. We do not apply additional currency conversion fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within Hong Kong only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch, depending on the courier and your location within Hong Kong.

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning any applicable taxes and duties are included in the price and prepaid for a seamless delivery experience.

5. Warranties & Returns

We stand by the quality of our products. Should your item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.

For general returns, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J.JAE Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions due to force majeure events, courier delays, customs processing, or similar circumstances beyond our control.
