We’re a small team, so we like to keep things clear and simple. Below you’ll find how we handle shipping and returns for your order.

Shipping

Our dispatch team operates during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are typically sent out within this window.

For now, we ship only within Hong Kong. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days from dispatch, depending on the courier and your location.


Returns

We hope you love your pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Hong Kong returns are free. Please submit your return through our returns portal so we can track and process it smoothly.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your return to be processed and for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

If the returned item does not meet the required condition, the item(s) will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued. Refunds are made to the original payment method only.

Do you offer exchanges?

At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and our team will help arrange a solution.


How can I check the status of my return?

Once you’ve sent your items back via our returns portal, you’ll receive email updates when your return is received and when your refund has been processed.
